Tokenization Of Assets

Creating a blockchain token to represent a real estate asset will enable a new species of crowdfunding and is the foundation for smart contracts. A tokenized asset can be much more liquid, transparent, and secure than the existing paper based asset infrastructure.

Blockchain for Title & Conveyance

With our Cook County pilot program, IBREA helped create the first ever digital deed that allowed for blockchain based conveyance. We have open sourced the legal and procedural protocol. The next step is to foster further software development, fund startups, and implement the blockchain title system in companies and countries.
